Pentair Foodservice plans for a busy Expo schedule in 2023
The Pentair Foodservice division has been non-stop busy. It has recently seen the launch of new products, the development of a new website, a major acquisition… and, with a milestone anniversary to celebrate, life shows no sign of slowing down.
One could liken it to a top restaurant, with celebrated chefs and outstanding front-of-house, serving loyal clientele with trusted house specialities and tasty new creations! You can sample that menu first-hand as Pentair Foodservice will attend a series of major trade shows across Europe in 2023. We look ahead at that calendar with Noemi Guagliardi, Strategic Marketing Manager for Pentair Foodservice and ask her, ‘why should customers come and visit Pentair at a trade show?’
Experience the Pentair difference first-hand.
“Attending trade shows has always been an important part of the Pentair marketing mix, and 2023 will be no exception,” says Noemi. “Our number one priority is meeting customers, new and existing. For new customers, trade shows are a chance to discover our brands and to experience the difference literally first-hand. At a trade show you can see, taste, smell and feel the impact Pentair products have on water quality. You simply cannot do that from a brochure or online. And for existing customers they are an opportunity to explore innovations, catch up with new trends and of course to rekindle relationships. We meet so many new and known faces at every event – they are worth every cent invested.”
Market demands drive growth.
Driven by market demands, we have identified several growth areas this year and those form the criteria for which shows we will attend and what we choose to exhibit,” explains Noemi. “Coffee brewing is always a big focus and consumers have become ever-more discerning about the flavour, which is directly impacted by the water quality. Sustainability is also a big theme. With governmental and societal pressure to move away from single-use plastic bottles, point-of-use and dispensing of water and its pre-treatment, are huge growth areas for our customers. Expect Pentair products that serve these needs to be front and centre of our trade-show presence this year.”
Pentair looks forward to meeting you.
There is no doubt that trade shows are starting to enjoy a renaissance. Despite the pessimistic projections during COVID, attendance is moving back to pre-pandemic levels as attendees, hungry for information, are seeking face-to-face interaction. However, both delegates and exhibitors are becoming accustomed to achieving more with less, and the choice of which trade shows to attend, or exhibit at, has become more critical.
“Europe is a big place and we have finite resources,” concedes Noemi. “We want to meet as many customers as possible, introducing solutions that will improve and grow their businesses, but we can only cover so much. Inevitably for Pentair that means a major presence at the bigger events, but we can also be found at numerous smaller trade fairs, supporting our local distribution partners with our experts, products and technologies. And ultimately, if customers are too busy to attend a trade show, we urge them to get in touch and we will do what we can to bring the experience to them –either by Pentair or one of our local partners.”
The Pentair Foodservice team looks forward to meeting as many customers as possible in 2023. Whether it is on a Pentair trade show stand or not, the welcome will be warm.
