The final and successful integration of the Erie water treatment products into the Pentair softener family does not mark the end of an era, but the start of a new and exciting chapter in residential water treatment in Europe. It sees one of the most respected and trusted names in water treatment adopted by another – renowned for quality, innovation and manufacturing excellence. It also brings a host of opportunities for forward-thinking and entrepreneurial partners, ready to take the water softening market to the next level. We reflect on a journey that has taken the best of an iconic brand and made it even better, while creating the market-leading portfolio of next-generation water softeners.

Since the start of this year, a lot has happened between Erie and Pentair. A major element amongst those steps is the redesign of product and box labels.

Back in August 2017, we progressively switched our systems based on the 541 valve from AC to DC Architecture. First to switch were Sentencia, Maxima and H2Optimo in August 2017, then Softena, Slimline and IQsoft followed in November that year. In March 2018 we further improved the valve design, implementing a quick change drain, a new solenoid holder design and a new solenoid DC.

Following up on our communication of August 12 regarding the launch of the new Pentair Residential Systems website, we would like to share today two new developments. First of all, the first Pentair Residential Systems flipbook catalogue is now available in the restricted section for pros «My Professional Corner». Do not hesitate to contact your Pentair sales person to request access to this new section, which will be supplemented by further documents specifically for the pros. We are currently translating this catalogue into French and in about one month, we will post it also on the same location.
